Values Aligned Feedback

We know that feedback is vital for continual improvement. We also know that it can be very painful! Even though we understand its value, feedback is so difficult that we often hesitate or avoid it altogether.

But feedback doesn't have to feel horrible.

By aligning feedback to the values that drive it, we can create a habit of offering feedback that's voluntary, respectful, empathetic, caring, and genuine. In this session, you'll learn to give effective feedback, both positive and negative, and to receive feedback from a place of confident openness.

In this session, you'll learn how to offer and welcome feedback that meets everyone's needs, and you'll come away with a five-step model for values aligned feedback that works.
