Strategic plans often sound clear at a high level but become difficult to execute because the underlying logic has not been made explicit.

This session introduces the Strategy Execution Canvas as a practical framework for turning broad strategic ambitions into an execution-ready structure.

We will look at:
-- how to identify key stakeholders and clarify their expectations;
-- how to define the current and desired future state;
-- how to surface capabilities, assumptions, constraints, and risks that influence execution;
-- how to use value-based decomposition to turn broad ambitions into more specific objectives;
-- how objectives, initiatives, leading indicators, and outcome measures fit together;
-- how to identify gaps before strategy moves into cascading, automation, and performance management.

The focus is on making strategic logic explicit enough that teams can discuss it, challenge it, assign responsibility, and measure progress.

Participants will leave with a practical structure for moving from strategic intent to measurable execution without starting with a list of KPIs or projects.

Target audience: strategy leaders, performance-management teams, PMOs, transformation offices, internal strategy facilitators, and managers involved in strategic planning and execution.

Preferred duration: 30–45 minutes for a conference session. The topic can also be expanded into a hands-on workshop using participants’ own strategic priorities.
