At Upmail we build content management tools for hotels, and we've been experimenting with new ways to provide automated assistance. Things like copilots and smart suggestions, which are becoming more common as LLM use spreads.

These features stray from common resource patterns, leading to Ash and Liveview approaches that I haven't personally seen before.

In this talk I'll cover what we've learned, with a focus on domain modelling and human-computer interaction.
