Legendary Leaders: A Radically Authentic Approach to Executive Team Training

This multi-day retreat and training will help your current leaders transform into legends by teaching them how to lean into a shared vision, build workplace experiences that attract and retain top talent, and increase employee happiness. Taught by radical authenticity expert and former corporate marketing executive, Aleya Harris, in partnership with her husband, diversity expert and college professor, Dr. Brandon D. Harris, this transformational session walks your team through the three stages of the Flourishing Empire Framework: 1) Get Real 2) Get Clear 3) Get Connected.

Day 1: Get Real
Differentiation in the war for talent and market share comes from authenticity. We will walk each team member through individual BioEnergetic Business Coaching scans to unearth what is holding them back personally and professionally. They will have the opportunity to become vulnerable about their challenges in a confidential 1:1 setting with Aleya, who will provide them with the tools to alchemize their struggles into strengths.

Radical authenticity at the top of an organization sets the tone for the entire team, clients, and external stakeholders. 88 percent of consumers say that authenticity is a key factor when deciding what brands they like and support (Stackla, 2021). Tapping into who you are at your core makes good business sense. We will look at your team’s high-level energy and collaboration blocks as a unit and create a plan to overcome them to develop an unbreakable leadership suite.

Day 1 includes profound individual and group exercises to help your team shed the shackles of corporate sterility and get real with who they are and how they want to show up. It is your antidote to quiet quitting and the Great Resignation.

Day 2: Get Clear
Dr. Harris will build upon your radical authenticity work and guide your team through the core principles of creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company that fosters a sense of belonging for all people. We will ensure your internal and external narratives show that everyone is welcome and valued.

We use the StoryBrand SB7 framework and intuitive guidance to turn your authenticity into a clear story that is uniquely yours. Forget antiquated mission statements that ring hollow in today’s market, especially with gen Z and gen Alpha. In the afternoon of Day 2, we will build upon the authenticity work from day one and create two StoryBrand BrandScripts, one for your internal company culture and one that is adjusted for your external messaging.

By the end of Day 2, you will have the tools to break free from copy-and-paste cultural identities that hinder typical companies and develop a prized strategy to stand in a league of your own. Your team will feel excited and empowered to move forward to the next stage - implementation.

Day 3; Get Connected
It is time to take the insights, learning, and new ideas from the first two days and develop action plans. Unlike most retreats and trainings that have little impact afterward, the goal of Day 3 is to ensure that you and your team experience a long-term return on your investment. The action plans will serve as the bedrock of your company’s cultural operating system. They will also ensure that your internal values match your external messaging so you walk the walk.
