Join us for a crash course on today’s families & how to best serve them in your orientation leader roles. We will discuss needs of families, family-focused orientation program components, and some practical tips & tricks. Finally, we will practice answering some frequently asked questions and help you walk away better prepared to treat our families like the royalty they are.
