The backlog was a great idea, until it wasn't. Backlogs don't scale, never ending backlogs get in the way of delivering real benefits and true agility. We need to wipe the slate clean, think about real goals and create just-in-time story generating machines to use instead. And we need to be brave enough to keep resetting that process regularly.
