AI agents are only as useful as the systems they can safely access. Your product may already have powerful APIs, databases, workflows, and internal services, but agents need a secure and structured way to use them.

This practical session shows how to build your own Model Context Protocol (MCP) server as the bridge between agents and your existing technology stack. It will cover how to expose product capabilities as MCP tools, provide business context through resources, define reusable workflows with prompts, and protect sensitive actions with authentication, permissions, and human approval.

Using a real-world example, I will demonstrate how an agent can discover tools, retrieve data, analyze results and recommend the next best action and that too without hard-coding integrations for every model or agent framework.
