What’s so special about ‘real-time marketing’ in Dynamics 365?

In the beginning there was MDM, an abomination of a marketing package for Dynamics 365. In 2018 they tried again but it was a little lacking in features and functionality.

Roll forward to 2023, ‘real-time marketing’ is the new buzz word. Dynamics 365 Marketing today is the underrated love child of Dynamics 365 and Power Automate.

This session is going to take a dive into some of the amazing features, functionalities and extensible awesomeness of Dynamics 365 Marketing way beyond the plain old segments, forms and email journey stuff.

We will explore the many levels of triggers to achieve the most personalised, intuitive and flexible automation experiences; multi brand seamlessness; UTM and marketing attribution hacks; replacing abstract ‘subscriptions’ with real life interests and topics; plus hopefully some fancy new marketing form experiences too!

There will of course be some Power Automate flows and cheeky snippets of copy-pasta JavaScript code along the way too. All you need to take it to the next level.
