In this talk, we explore the synergy between time series database, and OpenTelemetry standards, which together help organizations maintain their Service Level Objectives (SLOs) with precision and ease. We will discuss the significance of SLOs, the critical role of observability in modern systems, and the advantages of InfluxDB Cloud. Additionally, we will highlight the benefits of the InfluxDB Cloud architecture, which combines columnar-based data storage for high-performance queries and storage logs, traces, and metrics. Then we'll explore a demo that leverages Jaeger (to collect and visualize trace), InfluxDB (to collect metrics, logs, and traces) and Grafana (to visualize metrics) from an application.
