Follow along with me as I take you through my journey to becoming one of the Top contributors to the Backstage project. The voyage begins where I did: zero TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node experience, no work policy to be able to contribute, and never having contributed before. We’ll walk along the path I took starting with submitting issues, small PRs, and then to larger plugin contributions. I’ll also talk about how being a member of the Backstage Discord server also helped along the way.
