This may come as a surprise… but your bootcamp probably didn’t do the greatest job of teaching you in-depth fundamentals of Javascript. How could they, when they’re trying to get you from zero → job-ready React developer in 8-12 weeks? In this talk, I’ll attempt to do what they couldn’t and – one bootcamp grad to another – deepen your understanding of one of the most important and confounding parts of JavaScript development: dealing with asynchronous code.
