At a certain scale, it becomes likely that multiple different teams will need to collaborate on a shared project that they all rely on. Whether its a web and a mobile team building building a shared SDK, or multiple product teams maintaining a company-wide design library, it can be a challenge to coordinate, avoid wasted effort, and maintain harmony across the organization.

Drawing on my experience working as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies, including some of the world’s largest restaurant brands, this talk will explore both the technical and cultural challenges of sharing a codebases across distinct teams and explore several different approaches to increase the chances of success.
