Effective communications in the midst of inexperience

It is hard to stand up in front of an audience and speak in front of your peers. The nerves can be hard to overcome and imposter syndrome sets in. It is easy to loose sight of what you knew when you are in front of a crowd. There are 3 things that have helped me in my own journey that would be useful: 1) Take ownership of what you know, 2) Be open with what you don't, & 3) Lean on your peers.
