As systems grow, manually clicking around cloud portals becomes fragile, inconsistent, and hard to reason about. Teams lose confidence in their infrastructure because no one is quite sure how it’s supposed to work.

This talk introduces Azure Bicep as a practical way to move from “ClickOps” to repeatable, versioned Infrastructure as Code. We’ll look at how Bicep helps teams manage environments, reduce configuration drift, and make infrastructure changes safer and more transparent (without requiring deep Azure expertise).
