With help of memes, my favorite language of expression, I share some of experiences of witnessing agile transformation failures along with some of the solutions that were applied to course correct or re-align the transformation. I also call out the implication of the failures not only on the organization but also on the organization, people and the culture that gets built for tomorrow. The impact of these failures or anti-patterns are multifold and cascades up & down in any organization.
