Sometimes, the issue of money stays on the table. Do you think you're being underpaid as compared to peers with similar experience? Has someone in your team raised this concern to you, as trusted advisor, mentor, or coach?

Discussing salary and especially requesting for your salary to be relooked can be extremely scary! It's something we often avoid, with far-reaching consequences.

I'll tell you the story of how I went about confirming that I was underpaid, and correcting my salary. (Hint: the SUGSA Salary Survey was involved!) After introducing you to the steps I took, I'll share about the support I had from others and how it helped me tackle these conversations.

You'll walk away with some practical ideas of what you could look into, or help someone else look at, in order to address being underpaid as compared to peers.
