Most employees don't feel empowered to make decisions and most leaders don't understand why people don't step up when they are invited to. What is going on here? How do we create organisations - teams and leaders alike - to create more self-organisation or even more self-management? What does it mean, in fact?
In this session we will unpack self-organisation, how leaders unconsciously hinder self-organisation and share proven ways to create an environment where self-organisation is not only possible, but will be inevitable.
