Bouygues Telecom, a leading French telcommunications company, offers phones, mobile plans, and fixed lines through its stores, website, and now with the assistance of an automated generative AI assistant.
This assistant guides prospects and customers all the way to the checkout, helping them find their ideal phone and mobile plan.
We employed a generative AI strategy, utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and meta-prompting to create this autonomous assistant.
