Microsoft Fabric - try it before you buy it

This course will give you a good introduction to Microsoft Fabric and hands-on experience in all major components of the solution.

When you have completed this course, you should:
• Know what Microsoft Fabric is
• Know how Microsoft Fabric fits into the modern data landscape
• Know what different parts of Microsoft Fabric are and
o Where they fit into a modern data solution
o When to pick what component and why
• Have at least a basic understanding of how each component works through hands-on experience
• Be in a position to decide whether Microsoft Fabric is the right solution for your organization
• Be able to plan the right implementation of Microsoft Fabric for your organization

Many of the tools in the Microsoft Fabric toolbox are not new.
But all of them have either new features or new architecture.

The focus of the course will be on what is new and different while also making sure everyone understands the role of each component.
