In this talk, I will discuss the key behaviours and capabilities of product-minded engineers. I will cover topics such as asking the right questions, seeking early feedback, focusing on outcomes, connecting technology and team capabilities to solve customer needs, and becoming a team member that drives success. I will also share my personal experience of becoming a product engineer and how I have learned to deal with the challenges of working in a turbulent industry.
