The Toxic Takedown…Getting back in the game

Agile transformations are shifting, and with them, roles once considered essential are being redefined—or even eliminated. It’s not because of the people; it’s about the roles themselves. When Agile first took hold, many professionals—Project Managers, Business Analysts, Process Improvement Analysts, and more—were reassigned in what I call ‘bulk role reassignments’, often placed into predefined Agile roles without considering the full range of their diverse skillsets or career aspirations.

Now, as Agile continues to evolve, it’s time to take a fresh look at those skills and integrate them into reshaped roles for the future.

In this interactive workshop, participants will engage in a hands-on exploration of their strengths and passion areas, reflect on learned experiences, and generate ideas to explore new career possibilities within the Agile realm. They will create personalized roadmaps to reposition themselves in today’s Agile world—considering adaptations to their existing role, redefining what roles they would like to pursue in the future, and even exploring new skills they would like to gain that may lead them to new roles altogether.
