Managing a thriving Open Source Software (OSS) community is a complex orchestration of logistics, data privacy, and inclusive growth. For over a decade, the Bombay tech scene has faced the challenge of "houseful" events where manual curation is no longer feasible. Enter Visage: an open-source ecosystem built to automate and elevate community management.

In this session, we demonstrate how Visage stays at the bleeding edge by moving beyond simple LLM integrations to leveraging Azure AI Foundry and Agentic workflows. Using the Microsoft .NET AI extensions, we have built intelligent agents capable of curating registrants to ensure diversity and inclusivity while adhering to the strict data residency requirements of India’s DPDP Act.

We will explore the underlying architecture powered by .NET 10 and .Aspire, showing how we use a Shared UI Library in Blazor Hybrid to deliver a consistent experience across Web, Mobile, and Desktop.
