Mobile users often have poor experiences visiting websites because most web developers worry more about the look and feel of a website on a desktop without considering that most web surfers use handheld devices such as Mobile phones and iPads to visit websites while in transit or relaxing. Poor experiences lead to a loss of visitors, which in turn leads to a loss of revenue($$$).
