Barking up the Wrong Tree: realizing the Agile paradigm shift at Telenet (a Liberty Global Company)
Telenet - a leading Belgian TelCo provider - adopted an agile-at-scale operating model across both Business and IT in 2019. Since then, the company has been on an intense learning journey to realize true business agility. This talk is an open reflection on the stages of that journey and highlights how the role of leadership in the transformation evolved over time. In doing so, I aim to demystify what a journey to business agility really entails.
