Learn how to design and customise adaptive AI agents for your organisation’s specific business processes using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI. This session shows how to build agents that can understand and act on both structured and unstructured data (e.g., Dataverse records, emails, chat/WhatsApp messages, documents, and knowledge articles), and how to connect them to real business actions through Power Platform and connector-based workflows.

You’ll see practical patterns for turning an AI assistant into an operational “agent” that can: summarise conversations and cases, search knowledge, recommend next best actions, generate compliant responses, automate documentation and wrap-up notes, and trigger process steps such as order/status lookups, warranty checks, appointment scheduling, and returns initiation. We’ll also cover key implementation considerations—governance, security, human-in-the-loop approvals, and rollout metrics—to help you move from a demo to a production-ready solution.
