While agile principles inspired us, we struggled with how the role of the Agile Coach was interpreted in many companies. It often felt too removed from outcomes, too focused on harmony, and too little on real performance.

So we looked elsewhere. And surprisingly, we found inspiration not in books or frameworks, but on the sidelines of sports fields.
