Struggle Agility: From Desperation to Delivery

Angry stakeholders and missed deliveries. Floods of problems and fire drill Friday disasters. Disengaged team members and overbearing executives. Exhausted colleagues arguing with exhausted everyone. Bad anti-patterns and worse attitudes.

We’ve all been in one of these scenarios or more, sometimes all at once.

How do you get your bearings and back on track when the struggle is way too real, you’re burned out, and the team is absolutely over it?

We don't need perfection; we need to pause, prioritize, and then make progress toward regaining functionality (in our people AND our product). Defining "functional" followed by the next focused, meaningful step to regain it is what will take you and your team out of desperation mode to reclaim delivery capability and capacity.

We'll discuss stress signals, struggle scenarios, and coping patterns. Then, I'll equip you with improved patterns and practices to develop in-the-moment awareness, simplify your approach, identify actionable steps, and leverage support systems to get through the now so you can shift from struggling to steady delivery.
