I've seen (and made) these mistakes myself, and in this talk I'll share the lessons learned from those failures and what it takes to build a healthier testing culture.

This session isn’t about mocking every dependency into oblivion. Instead, it’s about practical strategies for writing tests that are fast, reliable, and easy to maintain as your code evolves.
