Blueprint for Success: Mastering Business Central Implementation Methodology

This session provides an overview of the essential phases and steps involved in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, following best practices from the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of both partners and customers throughout the implementation process, with a special focus on the critical role of Super Users in ensuring a successful deployment.

The session is structured around the key stages of the SDLC: Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance. We will briefly explore the primary outputs of each stage, such as requirement specifications, system architecture, coding and configuration, testing results, and post-implementation support. By understanding these stages, participants will be equipped with the knowledge to manage and participate in a Business Central implementation effectively.

Originally developed as an in-depth training, this session is now being presented for partners as a short session. This overview is designed to provide a high-level understanding of the implementation methodology, making it an ideal starting point for those involved in Business Central projects.
