Session

What you need to know about Azure when working with Dynamics

You will learn how the Microsoft ecosystem fits together from a Dynamics perspective, including tenants, Microsoft Entra, licensing, users, groups, environments, and how these components interact across Business Central, Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Azure. The session explains the key concepts behind identity management, access control, licensing, custom domains, and tenant structures, helping you understand how Microsoft cloud services are organized and managed.

You will also see practical demonstrations showing where to find and manage tenants, users, groups, roles, domains, licenses, subscriptions, and environments in Microsoft administration portals. The session covers common real-world scenarios such as multi-tenant deployments, external users, cross-tenant access, environment management, Azure billing, and certification paths including AZ-900 and AB-900, giving you a solid foundation for working with Microsoft technologies in a Dynamics-focused role.

I've basically taken contents from all the AZ and AB courses from Microsoft that pertain to and works with Dynamics, and compiled them into this session where you can get a condensed learning of everything Azure that affects Dynamics.
