AI Won't Fix Broken Foundations
Every organisation currently has an AI strategy. Very few have asked whether their foundations can carry it.
There's a pattern beneath most failed change efforts, and AI is only the newest expression of it: replacement thinking. The belief that a new tool, framework, process, or technology will substitute for structural work nobody wants to do. Replace the methodology. Replace the tooling. Now, replace the humans. Each round adds complexity, generates resistance, and leaves the underlying problem exactly where it was.
AI doesn't fix organisational chaos. It amplifies it, faster, at greater volume, with more confidence.
This session makes the case for integration over replacement: what it means to strengthen decision rights, information flow and governance cadence before layering intelligence on top, and how to tell the difference between an organisation ready to adopt AI and one about to accelerate its own dysfunction.
You'll leave with
* a diagnostic for replacement thinking in your own organisation
* the foundational conditions that make AI adoption compound rather than corrode
* a more honest conversation and proposition to bring to your leadership team
