Gathering requirements is hard. We need the right mix of clarity and flexibility to ensure that everyone understands what needs to be done without committing to specific implementation details up front. But how do we accomplish this when everyone's needs and perspectives are so different? In this session, we will talk about the different stages of requirements gathering and the kinds of questions we should be asking ourselves and each other.
