This talk will take us through web applications and "how it's made", from the initial code, through what a compiler does, to a deployment, to what a webserver or CDN does, to the browser and what it downloads and renders to get your application working.

Each step can be visualized, multiple examples shown (as not one road leads to Rome, or Santiago) and hopefully helping the audience understand better and be more aware of how the work we do translates into how users experience their applications on a day-to-day basis. What is required to make it all work good.
