A Speaker’s Horror Story: Dante’s 9 Levels of Hell in a Presentation

It’s not quite that bad.

Have you thought of giving a talk? Terrifying. Have you thought about everything that can go wrong? Oh, my. Those ghosts of high school speaking are always there.

Let’s talk about the QA mindset I use and some of the insane presentation stories I have from decades of presenting. This talk will take several stories about presentations and conferences and provide a framework. We will cover some unique thoughts on how you can give back to the tech community, even if you have nothing new to say. Come watch me try my best to fail in this presentation so that you can learn some cool things.
