NFT technology enabled by blockchain can radically transform residential, commercial and space real estate. The current process to register, transact and govern real estate is archaic and inefficient through desynchronized intermediaries. Through NFTs, society can benefit from asset tokenization where all physical, legal, financial and transactional data can be coupled to its digital representation as a NFT. This enables a paradigm shift on how society efficiently manages its most precious and scarce asset of physical real estate to a digital NFT.

Furthermore, space real estate (mainly on the Moon and Mars to begin with) can benefit from this very technology as Humanity looks to expand as a spacefaring civilization among the stars.
