In a workshop, we will introduce ourselves to PCM - the process communication model, and identify how are we communicating with others and how others in our team are responding to us. Each participant of a workshop will have enough info to guess his or her type based on key clues.
Then we will collect some communication obstacles happening in real life and in simulation mode try to create novel solutions to the communication barriers we have in our team.
