We live in the age of AI and as much as AI is there to help make things better overally, like every fancy tool out there it is being powered by the chase for the buck and the divide and inequality within the society is widened. In my session, I will focus on the importance of prioritizing accessibility of AI for more than 30% of the population wallowing in poverty instead of prioritizing it's advancement for the benefit of a few. As much as I understand the business and economics behind I would like to offer a CTA appealing for the AI industry to assist in breaking the social divide and for governments to embrace the new tech for the good and benefit of their people
