How can communities help the girl child reach peak potential? How can we help the women already in, find their voice? In my session I will dive into what inclusion really means and share stories from my past on how I have managed to help and mentor other women find their ground within the tech space. I will also wrap up with a powerful CTA on why inclusion is the best way to go in the tech space and how we can make the small steps to achieving it
