Most of us have been to a theme park, be it Disney, Universal, Six Flags, or anything else. We've also seen lots of information, from crowd levels to wait times to skip-the-line passes. Theme parks have gotten better and better about teaching their guests how to process and use information and this talk explains how they do it and what we can learn from it.
