Your experiential learning program is an essential bridge between the classroom and a student’s successful sustainability career, but who is supporting you?

Hosted by Environmental Defense Fund's Climate Corps, this networking meetup is open to all staff and faculty managing or developing climate and sustainability experiential learning programs, such as fellowships, internships, and capstone experiences. In particular, please join us if you manage a university-based program that places students with companies, cities, and community organizations to advance their climate and sustainability goals. We know that building and maintaining these external partnerships comes with unique challenges, so this group is for you.

This meetup is part of EDF's Green Fellowships Community of Practice, a growing network of higher education professionals from over a dozen schools – public, private, large, and small. Members share templates, real examples, and hard-won lessons, leveraging our diverse experiences to strengthen our programs and more effectively prepare students across disciplines for meaningful climate careers.

During the meetup, we’ll facilitate a community of practice, providing each other insights into navigating our most pressing challenges – from recruiting host organizations, to right-sizing projects, to assessing impact.
