In this interactive workshop, Britney Hester, Founder & Community Architect of Becoming Of H.E.R.®, draws from her experience building women-centered communities through 40+ curated events and immersive workshops to demonstrate how skills convert into currency when they are intentionally positioned inside communities that serve real needs.

Participants will learn how to move beyond surface-level networking and instead place themselves inside ecosystems that circulate opportunity — from chambers of commerce and professional organizations to curated spaces they can create themselves. This session introduces a practical framework for positioning skills within the community to drive economic growth, access, and sustainability.
