Session
Dear Agilist...please behave!
"You should not do Agile, but be Agile!", "Agile is a mindset!" You heard that one before? Hey I'm not gonna lie... these sentences make great LinkedIn Posts, but it will not help my client.
Concretely...how to behave in an "Agile" way?
- Does being Agile means we should say yes to everything?
- No
- Does being Agile means that we can change our mind all the time?
- No!
I had the chance to be part of a "reinventing organization" company for 4 years. In that company we were using meta programs from NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).
These concepts were heavily used in all layers of the company. Wether for hiring/firing people, for the yearly appraisal, as a code of conduct during workshops and meetings etc.
By understanding these concepts we knew, clearly what behaviors were expected of us.
So in this interactive session. You will get as take-aways powerful tools from Psychology to
- tell very clearly what you want from human beings in your organization.
- to assess yourself, your team or organization to see if they act in a collaborative or Agile way. And to suggest changes.
