Carolin welcomes you on an experiential and poetic journey into deep ecology, a way of being in the world that invites us to re-belong ourselves to the wider web of life.

The workshop offers a mix of philosophy, nature based practice, enquiry and sharings.

Through an embodied exploration of the senses in the urban wilds of Treptower Park you will be guided into inhabiting your ecological self - a sense of self which is broadened to include the rest of life.

Processes of enquiry and reflection, will open you up to the generative field of the living world, gaining insights and deep nourishment for our inner and outer realms, and renewal for going forth.

Together we explore how regenerative cultures can be nourished if we act from a place of kinship and interbeing with all of life.

We will meet in the courtyard and together walk to the park. I recommend you take something to sit on and some sun protection. Make sure to be on time to not miss us.
