This session provides a practical way to decide when an agent is the right solution and when a simpler, more deterministic approach may be better. We’ll look at scenarios involving workflows, approvals, human-in-the-loop processes, integrations and reasoning, and consider how complexity, scale and consumption should influence the decision.

The session is designed for solution architects, makers and technical decision-makers responsible for turning business requirements into working solutions.
