Women In Technology Panel
Have you ever seen a line for the men’s restroom? Probably not. The line is almost always comprised of women. Until you go to a IT conference.
According to a March 2018 report posted on statista.com, “female employees make up between 26 percent (Microsoft) and 43 percent (Netflix) of the workforce at major tech companies....” Furthermore, in June of the same year, Forbes reported that “Only 25% of IT jobs are held by women” and “Female executives only make up 11% of the total at Fortune 500 companies.”
The North American Collaboration Summit is proud to present a Women In Tech panel session, where you can hear from the 25% of NACS speakers who are women. This is your opportunity to learn how these women became successful IT professionals, ask questions about how you or your company can foster growth in the Women In Tech culture, and participate in the discussion moderated by Women In Tech leader Cathy Dew.
