In this session, Daniel will take you through the journey of scaling Foodback from basically nothing to become a global Customer Experience platform for the Food & Beverage industry, serving over 2000 venues in 400+ cities over multiple continents. As the speaker has not coded in 10 years, the session will not be too heavy on the technical side, but focus on the interdisciplinary challenges, and how we have overcome (most of) them with a fairly small and efficient team. Expect a dose of start-up life in the mix as well.
