The term DeFi refers to the financial applications run by smart contracts on a blockchain, typically a permissionless (ie public) chain.
This session aims to provide a high level overview of Decentralized Finance Landscape, including the basic intro, popular protocols and type of incentive associated with DeFi protocols. The second half of the session will focus on recent insolvent events, analyze the underlying reason and propose a few risk pillars that need to be paid attention to when interacting with Defi Protocols.
