Disorganized Noize: Data Therapy
Good data is necessary for any business to remain relevant and profitable. One would assume that more data means more profitability. Right? Unfortunately, it does until it doesn’t. Once data has outlived its usefulness, it’s considered ROT and should be deleted because it’s now costing you more money than it’s worth. Letting go of data is hard, so it’s okay to be a bit anxious about deleting anything, but if you’re holding onto data, then let’s discuss and create an action plan to purge ROT so you can better utilize your AI, BI and automation tools.
