Through a live, case-driven workshop delivered with our partner Diogo, the session presents two real-world scenarios. The first focuses on an existing customer, where Copilot assists in qualification, pricing validation, and quote creation directly inside Business Central, culminating in a seamless handoff to a sales specialist for final engagement via Microsoft Teams. The second scenario addresses a new prospective customer, showing how Copilot supports initial outreach, understands the customer’s operational pain, maps it to the appropriate Microsoft solution portfolio, and guides the conversation toward a qualified sales meeting.
Delivered through a live Business Central SaaS environment integrated with Microsoft 365, the session avoids external tools and remains fully aligned with Microsoft’s native AI strategy.
