At BARMER, analytics teams have autonomy over their workflows by using a data and analytics platform built in AWS that allows teams to focus on core tasks such as data exploration, model training, deployment and evaluation.
In recent years, we have setup this platform around the “Config first Approach”. This enables teams to use various features of AWS services such as Sagemaker and EMR Serverless to address challenges such as CI/CD, artifact handling, data preparation and regulatory requirements.
This Session will go through how we designed the platform to keep things simple and scalable.
